Mach-Man Mini is a new project where creative electronic drumming takes the center stage. In the early 1980s Electronic drums started overtaking music and completely transformed the landscape of drumming. This combined with new technology of synthesizers, samplers, and other MIDI equipment, the sound of the 80s was new and exciting!

In the more recent decades, electronic drums by the majority of drummers and companies producing them (e-drums), have been unhealthily obsessed with only trying to imitate the sounds of acoustic drums as realistically as possible. This not only has failed to produce sounds that are equal to acoustics, but this obsession has lost sight of what makes electronic drums so exciting and unique. In recent years electronic drums have almost completely lost their identity.

Mach-Man Mini aims to help set in motion a revival of creative electronic drumming.
